However, there does not appear to be any over-arching mathematical theory which covers the stability or robustness of this approach, it amounts to hacking, which will always attract funds because of the sponsors are impressed by the grandiose claims made, rather than any understanding of what is actually coded. The tendency to censor conservative views may well be due to an inherent instability in the process, rather than any nefarious objective.
