In the UK they want the death toll to rise so they can vaccinate everyone. Nothing to do with disease control but money making.

My wife and I both tested positive for the virus, several months ago. I'm 71 and she's 62. No symptoms manifested in us, at all. We are now immune to this virus. It's called "herd immunity". Millions of people died during the Spanish Flu epidemic, 1917-19. Have you heard of people getting this disease, recently? Why not? Herd immunity.

The reason 90% of the native population died after Europeans arrived, is because the Europeans had herd immunity, and the natives didn't.
