It's called confirmation or nullification of your hypothesis. Remember, it's the climate scientific community that AGREED to these as the first and foremost manifestations. Yet they rationalize, create new models and 'fudge' new scenarios. Could they all be THAT incompetent?

The National Weather Service is claiming that 2020 was the second hottest year ever. What a bunch of garbage! It wasn't even close. I have kept track of the average annual temperature where I live (Springfield, IL) since 2007. Here are the results: 2007- 55 degrees F, 2008 - 52, 2009 - 53, 2010 - 54, 2011 - 55, 2012 - 57, 2013 - 52, 2014 - 51, 2015 - 55, 2016 - 57, 2017 - 57, 2018 - 54, 2019 - 53, and 2020 - 54. So, just in that short time span, we've had six years that were hotter than 2020 and five that were colder, and two that were the same. By the way, Springfield's historical average temperature is 53 degrees, so 2020 was only one degree above average. This is just another example of big government promoting a false narrative to use as an excuse to take away more of our freedom.
