Seizing Control Of Public Policy

  - 5:38

"The prospect of domination of the nation's scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present -- and is gravely to be regarded. Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite." - President Eisenhower January 17, 1961

One huge problem I see is that the majority of the population seems to be hypnotized or brainwashed into believing and following whatever is told to them by the government. Then as you point out the elitist have taken control of the government and are actively suppressing any and all discussion of the climate data. How do the employees of NASA and NCAR justify to themselves that altering the data is an acceptable action. Why do people deny that this is being done even with factual historical information showing that it is being done?

Imagine if there was no internet or television - then there would be no way to effectively control us. Human behavior is flawed and predictable; we are our own worst enemies.

I wonder what Eisenhower would have to say about social media?
