Julie Phelps is a former RAF mechanical specialist. She later became closely involved in the Secret Space Program. After the gruesome murder of her husband in Canada, she had to flee for her life, and returned to the UK. She commenced her account of her experiences to The Bases Project in 2019. She has lectured at Bases 2019 and Bases2020, and has also appeared on Super Soldier Talks by James Rink.
