No, our globalist puppet governments are not trying to protect "public health". They want to kill as many of us as they can in order to have total control over the few survivors. "Silent weapons for quiet wars" is exactly right. In that infamous document our overlords stated their intent on using genocides to obtain full spectrum dominance over the planet and its resources. We normal people are just dumb animals and useless eaters in their view and we need to be culled to make the herd more manageable.
