All they did was say that all of the regular Flu Deaths were Covid or 'Covid Related' Deaths ... and to pump up the numbers, they classified all deaths from Any Cause as covid or 'covid related' deaths ... With regard to the film about the supposed busy ER, that is normal for an ER. A busy ER is people on stretchers in the hallways, and given that there are limited beds in an ER and limited physicians and nurses to look after people, if it was truly busy, and especially if overwhelmed, you would have people filling up the chairs waiting to be admitted. So obviously a bullshit video.
