He is correct, the pipeline is more safe than railway transport. Trains derail constantly! He is also correct that you catch more bees with honey. Abuse of power is a major fail. You burn trust when you abuse power that you can never regain. Once that trust is gone, it is gone for good! Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely!
