Stop with the common sense already. I think we should cover the entire planet in solar panels so that everyone can drive an electric vehicle . In the last 10 years fracking and horizontal drilling to extract both natural gas and oil from 1000’s of feet below the ground has been made so safe and free of any environmental hazard that it is the Greenest approach to producing abundant UK energy that is reliable and cost effective for the everyday British citizens. The only Brits against fracking and horizontal drilling are misguided UK elite environmentalists who simply don’t want any solution but passive energy sources that only the rich can afford and control. These UK elites have the concession from the Chinese manufacturers who dominate making solar panels and wind turbines worldwide to provide these goods in the UK. UK needs inexpensive, abundant home made natural gas and oil not unreliable and expensive passive energy controlled by UK billionaires elites and their Chinese partners who control the solar panel and wind turbine market.
